Stuck On Resuming Windows Screen

Meaning I cant get past this screen.

Stuck on resuming windows screen. But it still hangs. When i slide above Windows Phone lock screen unlocking Resuming message keeps loading on Start Window. When nothing onscreen moves except sometimes the mouse pointer the computer is frozen up solid.
